The food was fine. What I really didn’t prefer was the joy with which the person told me “we don’t make substitutions on kids meals- they come as they are on the menu”. I wanted to switch fries for Cole slaw.. and was quickly denied. So I ordered each item separately and my total was same/less- the only difference was that you were jerks. I’ll also take the survey you invited me to take. Hope you enjoyed the power trip. Thanks
I love Raising Canes, but was very much so disappointed in my most recent experience. One of our meals was completely left out, and there was no answer on the store’s phone. Even after leaving voicemail. Contacted the customer support number at the bottom of the receipt and was assured that things would be communicated with the store. Still, no response or follow up.
I couldn’t even get a greeting when I walked in, and the employees just looked at me like I interrupted their conversation. I walked out and went to Chick-fil-A.
The service was amazing. The food was amazingly fresh and delicious.
Super helpful, and very nice. Delicious, as usual!
