I came and ordered the #6 was in line for 20 min finally get my food then realize they didn’t give me my drink. I drive back get my drink and go home to eat my food. I ordered extra chicken and there’s little scraps of chicken in my chalupa.

Would like to give a better rating my food was good through it was missing the extra meat I ordered I eat keto and this was my 1st meal of the day so I wanted double meat I will try again sometime when I'm out that way again

I asked for extra everything in my nacho bell grand I got everything exactly as I asked.I was very pleased it was so neat not thrower together like some taco bells

They are fast and the food is consistent. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of there job. But tonight they did a unprofessional stunt. I know its Christmas eve and all but they closed after people had waited in line for 30min +nI didn't blow up at them like the person in front of me. They should of sent an employee out and picked the last car they would serve and let people behind them know instead of not saying anything. There was 8cars inline that wasted time. Not good business TBnnUpdate: They contacted me and investigated the Xmas eve incident. There was a dialog back and forth and they sent me 2 $5.00 Off coupons(only 1 per visit) and a cheesy card. So I'm upping my star rating by 1.

It would be a perfect example of somebody getting zero stars.nDouble and triple check your drive thru order. Even after specifically asking if something we ordered was in the box and being told it was, it wasnt. The ONLY thing my daughter wanted and it was left out of my order. Called the location, no luck there as the phone goes straight to a message saying call corporate.nI'll never go to this location again, I highly suggest this place gets closed down and every incompetent fool employee loses their job. They don't deserve any sympathy.
