I HONESTLY HAVE NOT SEEN A RESTAURANT SO CLEAN EVERYTHING DRESS RIGHT DRESS FROM THE DOIR TO THE FOOD LINE THE DRINK STATION. I JUST COULDBT BELIEVE MY MY FRIEND AND I WAS AMAZED. So the app selected the wrong store. I called store (the app clearly states to call store and cancel order) to cancel order and the lady says I’m sorry I cannot do that I don’t know how. When I asked to speak to a manager she says she is in charge. I ask her name and she hangs up. I enjoy a good sandwich but the customer service at the Yorktown tx subway is horrendous and that lady decided to pocket the money. I detest thieves and liars and lady that is what you are!!
This is one of very few subways that actually put vegitables in the sub. I am very impressed. Most subwats act like they have to grow their own vegitables and are very stingy with them. Best subway yet
Won't put the proper amount of proportions when you asked for double they won't do it
Got sandwich chips and drink and got charged separately for each instead of the combo price. Smh
