I wish I can give 10 star...Best services I got in my life, staff are friendly and helpful. Really appreciate their help. Heather koval is the best one she is friendly and helpful she help me a lot on crime victim service paperwork and other help relating that case and suggestions. never seen anybody such a helpful employee in my life.nThank you so much Heather Koval and team. Really appreciated.

Me and my wife started sessions here because an Irving officer recommend it. Combine we had over 4 sessions. The Irving count orders me to continue these sessions but now this center is refusing to take us after we already started. They promised to get us information for other counseling but that was a week ago.
