Visited this restaurant with my family and came away impressed with the variety and flavor of the homemade sauces, the many drinks to choose from, and the staff/owner's focus on each customer. The location is easy to get to especially if the 2 hour parking in front of the restaurant is open (it was for us). Our family really enjoyed the BLT, chicken club, and Cowboy sandwiches. Check it out if you're in the area!nnOthers have mentioned this but what makes this place so special is the interest the owner takes in getting to know his customers. He seemed truly interested in getting to know us.nnBe sure to checkout all of their homemade sauces in the fridge.

Arrived at 1pm on Sunday. There was only 1 person both working the cash register and making sandwiches. With only one person in line in front of us it still took almost 20min of waiting before we placed our order. My wife ordered the Roast Beef and I tried to order The Ranger. I was told it would take over 30 minutes for The Ranger as it takes a long time to make. They suggested the Ham, Turkey, and Roast Beef as a substitute but that has only 4 less ingredients. I am not sure why it takes so long to make The Ranger and I understand even less why you would have a cold sub sandwich, which takes 30 minutes to make, on your menu. All told from the time we walked in until we got our food was 40 minutes and that is because we didn't order The Ranger. This place needs some serious help.

I have come in twice for weddings in the venue near by and I always stop to get the best sandwiches in the DFW area! I loved the garlic chipotle sauce so much I bought a couple of bottles to take home. They have many great sauces to choose from but they make all the difference on the world! I can't wait until I can order the sauces online and ship them to Austin where I live.

At lunch break there was 12 customers and just one worker. Trying to take orders from phone and walk in customers.nnAlso trying to prepare the sandwiches. Hire somebody. Such an disaster.
