The workers are so rude! It is unbelievable! First of all, I have to wait for 5 minutes before someone finally came to make my sandwich. No apologies for making a customer wait. Then at the end, he threw the tissues at me. I was shocked. I am being to many subway but this one has the poorest customer service EVER! I wish there was another cafeteria in the school. Sooo rude!
i came into subway and it was pretty busy, all i needed was a cup for water so i preceded into the front of the line, i excused myself and politely asked for a cup of water the cashier was aware i had asked but ignored me and finished taking the customer. It was really rude, he could’ve told me to wait a second or just handed me a cup. I don’t want to come here as i felt unwelcomed.
So, I've never had a bad sandwich here, but I have had poor customer service, big time. One time, the woman who was working that day acted so annoyed by my request for a cup for water.
I liked their sandwich. But they asked me to pay extra for creamer when I got coffee. Disappointed
It's Subway, this one is not great but also not bad.
