I always have a good experience I tend to come here alot. Since it is so close and always cleaner than most laundromats. They have machines for exchanging larger bills and those smaller bills into quarters or $1 coins both the machine takes.
I have been coming here since they open but today just was not a joyful day here at Joy laundry. 1st I needed to use the restroom but it was lock I asked the lady (Karen) if she can unlock it but said it’s only for customers only, I had 5 loads of laundry today, she finally opened it.n2nd she saw me put in my clothes in the dryer she told me to take it out and put it in other dryers because she was going to clean them she should have blocked those dryers.nNot very happy with my experience today I won’t be coming here no more.

Good experiences I have every week there, in that place, the very friendly employees and excellent attention to any questions. Truly the best Laundry Wash ... that I have visited in the city of Irving Texas.
I am a regular customer today I went as usual at 9:54 at night and what would be my surprise that the manager denied me the service claiming that it was already late and that it would not end quickly and I do not know how many excuses when in the Announcement says that the last wash is wings 10 so I do not think to wash again there and I do not understand the attitude of the lady if it is her job and if she is tired or wants to retire from work is not my problem is her work not mine very bad experience
