They lost my sons SCHOOL UNIFORM shirt. They tried giving me someone else’s button down shirt. I informed them this wasn’t my shirt. I told her the school name (emblem) that was on the button down. She had a lost look on her face. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! Still waiting on them to buy my son a new uniform shirt. I’m a single mom and these shirts aren’t cheap. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR CLOTHES. Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t a choice.
Highly recommend this cleaners they do an amazing job and if you get your items in Monday- Friday before 9am it will be done same day after 5pm for no extra charge. Perfect service.
They are capable enough to replace my shirt with some one else’s. It’s been more than a month, Even after multiple followups they couldn’t trace it. Worst part is they don’t respond properly.
In and out! Did a fantastic job on my suit jacket and pants.
Completely ruined a $60 lab coat. A first grader could have done a better job. Seriously an awful experience. And they don't care! Never again. Wish I could post pictures. Appalling.
