Caring, detail-oriented and meticulous with stains and spot cleaning. And a great value too. So incredibly rare among dry cleaners these days.
I dropped off my suit, dress shirts and a few dresses for my wife. They did a great job. I dropped them of at 9 am and picked them up at 3:30pm same day! They are priced similar to other cleaners and I received great service upon drop off and pick up. I recommend giving Canal Cleaners a try!
Solid, until the business lost an item of mine. After failing to find the single shirt, the manager claimed that I had already picked it up, despite the ticket I presented, and no other evidence to indicate the pickup except the manager claiming that it was suspicious it had been 8 days since the drop off.nnThe overall lack of customer service regarding a mistake the store committed has lead me to the conclusion that I will never use them again.
