The Subway at 140 TX-46 Suite 101, New Braunfels, TX 78130 was only accepting cash during a national change shortage and would not honor a nationwide coupon deal of buy one get one free. The nice employee at the counter called the manager and she rudely told me that they weren’t honoring it and if they do it was for ordering on the app only. Nowhere on the email did it state it was in app only and stated it’s good through 11/4/2020. I will not be going back to this particular subway.

The manager here is absolutely precious!!! She’s so sweet and patient!!! Great experience. Usually subway workers seem bored at other locations but she was upbeat and happy! I’ll be coming to this one much more often♥ufe0f

My wife stop at subway today and the worker at drive thru was rude. She drove you to the menu and the menu sign wasn’t working. So she drove up to the window. He ask her if she had an call in order. She said no and told him the menu sign wasn’t working.nHe told her if she wanted to order she could come inside. She ask him can I just order from here. He told no you can not. So she just drove off. That was very rude.

Best Subway in the New Braunfels area. Clean store and nice servers! Does NOT use GrubHub but DOES use Door Dash and Uber Eats, fyi!
