Im giving a 2 star rating cause the employee to guest relation was very poor. I walked in and placed my order on the kiosk, several people walked by me looked at me but never said a word to me but we're talking to one another, finally a woman came from the back and asked have I been helped. The guy that gives me food just hands it to me like he does not like his job. The facility looks great but when dealing with people how you deal with plays a major part if they will come back or not. The food was good, I didn't feel welcomed here at all.

Time and time again my order come out wrong. Now when you go here you have to be that guy to triple check that you have everything and hold up the line. You all are very bad at your jobs. I'm going to apply to be your manager and I'm from the oilfield,I'm mean and strict, ill make you do your job right or make you mop and scrub till you quit. Ill personally see to it you never get a raise. Do better.

We went to this location hoping this would be a positive experience. Man, were we wrong. Let’s start off with, I placed my order at the order box. The lady took my order and I went to the first window. At the first window, I was told this location was out of the Doritos Locos Taco shells. No big deal, it happens. They replace it with a taco supreme and we’re good. I get to the second window and get my food. Check the food and they forgot my cinnamon twists (they ALWAYS forget the cinnamon twists), so I bring it up to the lady’s attention. She brings me a bag, sealed, and we go home. When we get home, we realize she only gave us one cinnamon twist (we ordered two), the crunchy tacos we ordered were all broken up, and the cinnamon twists were stale. My wife ordered nachos, which were also stale. Needless to say, I will likely not be returning to this location for a while. This location seems to have a bunch of recurring issues.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This review won’t affect business for them, but I just want my experience to be noted. I waited/became stuck in line for 25 minutes only to get up to the window and be told “sorry we’re now closed for the night”. First off, when did Taco Bell close at 7pm? Your hours say 1am updated 3 hours ago... you should have your operational hours posted accurately and/or cut the line off and take care of everyone who was in line before you close. That is 25 minutes I’ll never get back. I guess customer service doesn’t matter when you’re “too big to fail”
