Very popular place of course. It is always busy no matter what time of day BUT I always get my food fresh and they never mess up my order. That's saying a lot because most fast food places do even when their store is empty. I love the food at Whataburger. Never a disappointment.
Today is my birthday and we chose to stop here for lunch. My father, my husband and myself were looking for a table after we ordered our food and a manager named Dennis was eating his lunch and saw our table was dirty and he got up from his meal and cleaned our table and talked with us for a short time. This man Dennis is an amazing staff member of this location!! Dennis went above and beyond our expectations to help make everyone a better day.
Manager was extremely nice...as were the customers which was interesting. Food was fast and they got all of our order correct which is important since we have several food allergies. All the staff were wearing masks.
This place is always busy late night when I usually find myself there. Even with a line of 10+ cars they are fast and accurate with their orders. Keep up the good work
Drive thru service was fast. They have an employee taking your order by the drive thru lane. It is very organized and they are very attentive and polite. Restroom needed a little upkeep. No paper towels were available in restroom. But overall great service.
