Last week was the first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had great time with the attentive service, with the finest meal and wine and with the modest price. We will surely return there soon.
The person who served us nametag had the name little rock on it she was rude and was sitting ontop of food equipment with earbuds in looked right at us and didnt bother to help or ask us if we needed anything. She didnt notice we put an order in and we waited 10 extra minutes. She then proceeded to give tude and forgot my cheese as well as a couple other ingredients even though she had a list right infront of her. 1/10 would not let her serve me again
Just left the Subway connected to the Gateway. Two kids were working there and openly saying they were going to put in their earbuds and say f it Im done. They purposely ignored me then complained that they had to help me. I should have walked off and not given that place my business. Horrible!
I visited there everyday on my way to work the staff is friendly the restroom are extremely clean and the food is satisfactory
Worst customer service I have ever received. Shea, in specific was rude & made this a very unpleasant place to order from. I will defiantly recommend people from stopping by there.
