Wonderful service! Our dog was sick over the weekend to the point where we really needed a professional. We called on a Sunday morning and got an answer right away. By 9:30 a.m. Monday morning our carpets were clean and fresh again. Great service from a very friendly individual. Highly recommend.

Mark did a fantastic job today on the carpets in our home. The price was exactly what he quoted. I greatly appreciated how friendly and professional he was. The worn down carpets were brought back to life and smell great. I would highly recommend Mark.

I was looking for a company to clean my carpets before listing our home. I called two companies that were no longer cleaning due to COVID. I called New Braunfels Cleaning and Restoration and the were able to get to me the next day! I had some very bad stains on the stairwell. I was certain that a carpet allowance would have to be figured into my sale price. New Braunfels Cleaning and Restoration came, cleaned the areas I had asked to be cleaned AND as an added benefit cleaned the entire carpeted areas of my home for the initial negotiated price. The home smells great and the carpets look brand new. I would show you before and after pics, but I was so embarrassed of the stains I never took pics. Now we have what looks like new!

Awesome job and I'll be using them again! Our guy was on-time. He called me when en route. He arrived and I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean-cut, well-dressed professional. He set up the house to protect our walls and baseboards. The actual cleaning was fast and unobtrusive. And before he left, he gave me some simple tips to keep things clean. Best carpet-cleaning experience ever.
