Well first of all I’ve been a customer here for 9 years, the first owners always fixed any issue I might of had, there wasn’t many but the few I had were addressed and fixed.nFast forward... new owners they lost a $50 pair of pants, kept referring to their “cameras” did not see me turn them in for dry cleaning, well unless they have some kind of NSA camera system they would never see me turn any of my clothes in with their Kmart camera system.nI asked the owner are you willing to lose a customer for 9 years over a pair of pants? His response “the camera showed nothing “.nAdios!nFolks look for a different place .

I entrusted a once worn pair of designer stretch denim jeans to this site. When I put them on again, they were literally 5 inches shorter and the waist was almost impossible to close. I went online and was able to replace the exact jeans at a great price. I took both pairs to the site, showed them the difference and offered them the opportunity to reimburse me for the new ones or give me a credit. The lady stated they dry cleaned the jeans, not what the cleaning instructions said, and denied any responsibility. I requested to speak with a manager and was told no one was there but would call me. Three days later, no call or anything. My advice to others is to look at the competition. This site needs a course in customer appreciation and courtesy.

Pretty decent place. Overall, they get the job done right every time, and are the cheapest in the area! Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE. They iron on a label for quick reference, BUT BURNT multiple items doing so. When my wife confronted they said they can ONLY give enough to replace with USED clothes, that they are used clothes.... SO we have to spend money out of pocket to buy a new shirt to replace it. THEN they want to KEEP the items to claim to their insurance. SO THEY want to put an easy tag, which we did not approve of them modifying our articles. SO instead of taking $45 which would take weeks to get, my wife grabbed the clothes and stormed off. We will definitely be seeking legal guidance from an attorney. Curious how many other people they've done this to.
