Kathy and her team are amazing! I bounced around with cleaners for a long time until I settled in with Eco Green. They took very good care of my items. Always professional. They lost my order. Three shirts and a pair of pants! They then gave me the run around saying that the manager or owner would call me back. They never called. Then after I called them the manager wasn’t available to talk but I could hear them in the background telling the person who answered the phone what to say. They aren’t willing to reimburse me for my lost cloths! I have been a loyal customer since they opened, but no more! Never going back. Buyer beware!

I love this cleaners; we have been customers the first day they opened and have not been dissatisfied with the service we received, the staff is friendly and caring. On several occasions they have provided exceptional alteration service Ms. Kathy always go above and beyond ensuring my items I receive back from alterations is what I wanted. I also, needed a last minute alteration done to a dress for a wedding and Kathy went out of her way to send me to an individual that does alterations since their seamstress was not there on that day. The seamstress Kathy recommended had my dress completed within 2hrs and you could not even tell the dress had been altered. I recommend this cleaners to anyone who is looking for quality work and great customer service. Also, if one of your items are not clean to your satisfaction they have no problem re-doing the item if you bring it to their attention.
