Quality work, and amazing customer service!nnMy boyfriend had dropped off his jackets, shirts, etc he was going to wear to a wedding out of town, but we had arrived 15 minutes past closing to pick them up the evening before we were supposed to fly out (we thought they closed at 7p, but the sign on the door stated 6:30). I called the owner whose phone # was posted on the door, and she immediately sent someone to open back up for us - if she hadn’t gone the extra mile, we would have had to move our AM flight. Would highly recommend!
I have been dropping my clothes there for months. They did a great job. The people are nice and professional. Good customer service.
Worst place for alterations I have ever used. I will have to pay again somewhere else to get it done right. First the jacket sleeve was long, tried again and too short. Pant hem looked I did it myself. Won't be going back here! Seamstress doesn’t wear a mask yet she gets very close when she pins the garnetnnResponse to owner! I did not leave happy! Just because I didn’t complain again didn’t mean I was happy or satisfied. I decided you don’t know what you are doing and just took my suit and left. By the way, if you would mark with chalk you wouldn’t keep making mistakes. The jacket sleeves were way shorter than what you pinned.nI didn’t hardly even speak I was so upset with you. I wasn’t about to let you touch it again!
