I bought in a dress that needed to be done as soon as possible and they got the service done fast and was well done.

This dry cleaners never has my clothes done on time or sometimes they aren't even cleaned correctly. Last time I went here I never got my clothes back. The service is so bad and unprofessional, don't recommend.
I used this cleaners for a few years but this experience was HORRIBLE. Mgmt changed and they don't care. I am certain they gave my items to someone else because I don't have them yet they show as paid and picked up. The manager tried telling me on 2 occasions that someone with my phone number picked up the items. Impossible. She said it will take 3-4 months to figure this out. They refuse to take responsibilty but I have filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office. I even called the police but they said it was civil. I am so upset.
Worst service ever!!! I’m not sure if this is the way you should fix a hole, but they used a grey thick thread to fix the hole in a pink sheer dress, and it is every noticeable. I told her I don’t plan on wearing this dress now, so she said if I don’t plan on wearing it then I could just have a store credit to come back to fix something different. She won’t refund me back the 60 dollars either. Won’t be back there.
