I NEVER leave negative reviews but I couldn’t let this one go. I went to pick up my clothes and was appalled at what it cost me. It was an average of $6 per piece! I was looking for a cleaners closer to my house but will never be back. I would recommend you find a cleaners that doesn’t cost $6+ per piece of clothing.

This place was my favorite dry cleaners. They have closed this location. They are no longer here. I’m so sad. I miss our conversations, Joe!

All I can do now, is warn the others.... :(nThis is the WORST dry cleaner. Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen, so do not use them.nLe Grand Cleaners literally shred my cashmere sweater. They claimed it was damaged before I sent it and at pick up didn’t bother to let me know. Why in the world would I waste money to dry clean a cashmere sweater with over 50- yes- FIFTY or more holes. It makes no sense. No one would do that. They just tried to cover up their mistake. My husband said it looked like it got caught in a grinder. That same batch of dry cleaning, they also put holes in a pashmina scarf! They didn’t bother to tell me and I didn’t notice until months later, when I went to wear them.nAnother time they lost the back of a formal dress.nThis last time- and it is the last time. I paid $135 and they ripped the gold buttons off my winter coat- didn’t bother to tell me or apologized and still charged me!!!!nAvoid this place if you can, there a dozens of other places close by. If you must, inspect everything immediately.nThis place is poor quality and extremely dishonest. Take your business elsewhere if you value your dry cleaning.

I use them for all my dry cleaning and minor clothes repairs. They've done a great job every time.
