For anyone living anywhere near 151 & 410 area what out for a white family van Honda or Toyota possibly. Early 20s 2 girls and 2 guys walking the neighborhood looking at what to steal or even break in to your house. Your welcome police department. Find another operator who really wants to work and wants to do something for the community not one who puts you on hold. It’s ridiculous. I hate this side of town and ever person that lives on this side. Always unwillingly to help and nasty attitude.

Officer J Leija from Culebra station made a report 11-7-18 hit and run incident off Ingram Rd. We had a claim with USAA. USAA states they wrote to Officer Joe Leila for more questions. I walked into Culebra station 5X and Leija re-assured me I can’t tell USAA more than what I remember. His supervisor spoke of him highly saying he is one of their honest and sincere officers and we can’t say more than what’s on the police report to anybody only the person that reports the incident can add to it. Surprise 4-4-18 USAA lets me know Officer Leija wrote them on city email letting them know there was more damage than what he saw 11-7-18 incident that wasn’t written on the police report of course accepted to they won’t have to pay out. Screwed up Liars! There wasn’t any more damage based on video cam. Police reports should be the only legit legal report to look at if done correctly and honestly which corresponds to the video cam.
