I love whataburger but this one has the worst service ever!!
Had a rough visit my first time, I let management know not expecting much to change. Was very impressed about how much they care about my satisfaction and was quick to resolve it. Very happy with this whataburgers team!nnLauren was the manager who helped me and she is awesome!
From the get go, service was fast, but burgers were warm, not even the cheese was melting... It's almost the norm... Even my wife burger was warm! Got my money back... Won't come back to to that cold burger joint... Not sure why all the hype
Fresh and delicious. Definitely not what I would have expected from a quick service restaurant but I was extremely pleased with the quality of the food and how quickly it was ready.
I had an online order to my vehicle, unfortunately due to the weather / lightening as per the allocation was unable to do curbside. Which is ok no problem with my legs and I had my mask ready ud83dude09 I went inside the store to pick up the order. I’ve got to say that it seemed like everyone decided no to cook today... lol. That means that the staff had to pick up gears to meet demand. I could see they were doing everything and all hands on deck to get orders out. Some people were understanding and others no so much as we waited. I have to say I am impressed with their efforts and dedication. You guys are amazing and determined to get the job done and for that you ave my praise. Thank you for getting my meal ready as quickly as you could!! My family and I appreciate you... management deserves a reward as well as the staff!! They handled the 7pm dinner rush with positive energy. Thank you againud83dude09❤ufe0f
