They say same day service but apparently that’s not true Thursday, Friday or Saturday because they don’t have anyone working Fri, Sat or Sun which isn’t posted anywhere. So if you go on a Thursday don’t expect your clothes until Monday. On top of that there’s a 90% chance that they’ll still be wrinkled. Do not recommend. I’ve given them chances because they’re close. Fed up. I’ll drive further for better and professional service.
The worst place ever! If I could rate a 0 star I would! The counter lady is very incompetent! She doesn’t know how to operate the computer register or give the correct change. I told her I wanted starched and press. She claimed I wanted them pressed only I could do that myself! But they didn’t even press them properly! One of my shirts had a stain with food still on it! She claim it was on there when I brought them in ! No way lady! I asked for a refund and she offered a redo but them would have to be dry cleaned they are all cotton and I wanted them starched and pressed so I asked for a refund. I told her the amount was 12.95 and gave me 15.00 back I said no it’s only 12.95. So than she gave me 13.20 !!! By than I just wanted out of there so I left! I will never ever go back !!
Quick turnaround (24 hours) and they cleaned and pressed it all well. I had forgot a tie in one of my jackets and left it in there without realizing it. They found it and gave it a complimentary cleaning for me! Would definitely recommend this professional, inexpensive, and friendly establishment.
This is the place I've been looking for. I'm tired of spending one price for short sleeve shirts, another price for long sleeves, and a third price for knits and so on. I wanted a place that had on site cleaning, one simple price for all clothes and a fast 1 day turn around. This is it! And the service is great also. I can't understand the other reviews complaining about how they didn't get the quality service their expensive items deserved. Folks, there are plenty of places that will charge you 7 or 8 dollars (or more). If you need expensive service, go there. But for routine dry cleaning - Frontier is great.
I have been taking my uniforms there for almost 2 years. In the last few months, multiple times, they have not done them correctly. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. When I took my uniforms in right after, I explained to the girls at the front and showed her the almost diagonal crease over the front right pocket. When I picked it up a few days later it was still messed up. I asked them to fix it and they wanted me to wait 2 days to pick it up. They eventually, somewhat, fixed it on the spot. I have even picked up uniforms with spots all over them and had to have them redo them. Recently, took a pair of slacks in to have dry cleaned. Took them in on a Friday morning and was going to pick them up on Saturday morning. Got a call on Friday afternoon saying that my pants had been placed in the wrong bin and they would not be ready until after 5pm on Saturday. Explained that I needed them prior to 5pm and the guy told me noon. I arrived at 1215 and they were still not done, better yet not even started. They just took them out of a bin and pressed them real fast and gave them back. I will not be back and will have to find a new dry cleaners that will not mess up uniforms and is a little more organized and attentive.
