Miguel and his partner were absolutely the best team ever. They came on time, took care of the job and did a awesome job. Extreme it’s the best company out there. I would highly recommend this company and service to everyone. They should get a raise.
My experience with Xtreme was horrible and a waste of time. I spoke with Shaun via phone and he quoted me a basic price of $195. He said that he would have to see the pet stains and it would be extra, but he didn't know how much until he saw it. I wanted 4 bedrooms and stairs cleaned.nnLong story short, Shaun came to my home the next day for cleaning. He was an hour late. I was working so my husband was off work and dealt with Shaun. After he evaluated the dog urine that was previously treated and didn't have a smell, Shaun quoted my husband a basic price of $229. Remember on the phone he told me it was $195 for basic cleaning. Anyway, long story short, he said for the pet urine the total cost would be $1,770.00! Are you freaking serious? What pet hasn't had accidents in the home? There is no way I would pay $1,770.00 for CARPET CLEANING 4 bedrooms and stairs.
