Bad customer service while taking the order at the drive-thru after waiting more than 5 min for someone to take my order. Zero attentiveness from the person taking the order & the person giving me the order. Wrong order entered to the system. Came home to feed the family, and when I opened the bag I was missing one item a main entree! We only go to this place on lent season because they serve the best cod we have tried so far BUT every year I say we are not coming back. I am not sure how to support business during this pandemic if we as customers are not getting at least some food to eat for the whole family! Hire right, train right! Customer/order #DT448
Friendly service. Best place for fish on a budget! Love the rolls and the green beans too! My fav is the roasted chicken, and my husband likes the fried chicken breast.
Golden chick has awesome food. The chicken tenders are all meat. No fatty-gristle. Their food is ALWAYS great!!
They didn't give me my shrimp in my combo meal and didn't put a roll in the chicken box. But they did correct it when I went back ud83dude0a
