I waited until 11 a.m. to make an online order. The website specifically asks what you want on your food. This is the 3rd time in the past few weeks that they have gotten my online order wrong. For the first 2, I just let it slide. This time it was kind of annoying. Especially getting it THAT wrong. I called about 7 times and they just let it ring. I'm going to try again later this morning.nOh, Aransas Pass and Portland always get it right. It sucks to have to drive 15 to 20 minutes for something you can get locally.nI gave 2 stars because the food was still good enough to eat.
I ate here last year and got a burger. It was a typical burger. This year I went through drive thru and got the spicy chicken sandwich.nTerrible sandwich. Processed chicken was cold and stale. I would suggest not getting it. I threw mine away.
I love everything about this place. The service is wonderful, friendly and inviting. The lines in the drive thru can be long once in a while, but it is so worth it with the fresh burgers you get. Food was not what i ordered x 3 and also cold!! Service extremely slow!! 2 times in a row!!! I will not be back! The elderly women really care about theyre jobs and female manager was doing her best to keep on top of things but their are a bunch of lazy children not being serious with their jobs.... There are elder people that go in there as well and had hard chicken strips and had to wait forever to get it the right way... Not good at all!!
Terrible service! It took 30min to get our food! We were in a group and to keep group together, we sat close together. The manager came up to us and told us to move because the tables were not available. BUT a white family did the exact same thing we did and they were told NOTHING!! How convenient that us hispanics were told to move but those white people got a pass. Complete BS!!!
