Eric is very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to get us taken care of. This is the company you need to call when you are having septic tank issues.
Called and spoke to gentleman. He was very nice and stated he would call me (tomorrow) after 11 to schedule pumping my tank. He never called. When I called his number and left message I got no reply. This service just wasted my time.
So thankfully for this company! We needed an emergency septic pumping done and thankfully they were able to come on the same day I called! I called around 11:30 am on a Friday morning and they were there by 2:00 pm that afternoon!
