I love this place and I love Dr Shamblin! I always learn so many things every visit and it's a pleasure having her as my eye doctor!

I was just at the eye doctor on April 30 and the staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Becky takes the time to help you pick out your glasses and gives you an honest opinion on how they look. Dr. Sanderson is very patient and makes sure that you are doing well. Everyone makes you feel like you matter and they want the very best for you. I'm very grateful for all of the staff. Thank you for an awesome visit. Dawne Hall

Went for the first time today. All the ladies were very nice, understanding and patient. Helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you !!!

I have been going to Bedford Vision for at least ten years and have always had excellent service. I have see all three of the doctors and was always treated with great respect. They were friendly and professional. All of the office staff seemed well trained and tried hard to meet your needs. The optical department was wonderful. They took time when they were busy tofind me the right frames. They were very helpful without making me feel rushed. I have had many compliments on my frames. I tell everyone to go to Bedford Vision for all their eye care needs. I would give the 10 stars if possible!

A terrible experience. I am 77 years old. This was 2 plus hours of torture. The place should be closed. Oh this was not my first eye exam.
