The Cheesecake factory has been doing excellent during the rough COVID times. Not much has changed when it comes to food quality and great service. You have the ability to scan a QR code at the front which will give get you to a site which has the entire menu. They're being extra diligent with social distancing and going the extra mile to seat families and groups from others. All time favorite items are the Louisiana Chicken and Strawberry Lemonade! Let me just state right off that every time I have been here, I have been treated well by the staff. The food generally is surprisingly good for having so many options. You would figure that it is tough to do so many dishes at a high level, but they do a good job. Google does a disservice to people who read these reviews, because I don't feel this review warrants 4 stars, but also don't believe this place is a 5 star worthy establishment. This is 4.5, which is still great, but important to note. Used to love sitting at bar, but with Corona, can't do that anymore.
I actually I refer this location to the one downtown. There is always parking and even without a reservation I get seated fairly quickly. The staff answers all my questions with patience and I love the full menu. They food types for everyone even the picky eaters. They will happily make any adjustments needed to the meal as well! Super quick and attentive. I have gone several times now! Would recommend for casual dining or even dining with kids!
Food is decent but everything here is way overpriced for the mediocre quality. I give it 3 stars because the over priced pineapple upside down cheesecake is amazing! Pumpkin cheesecake is amazing as well.nMenu was better before covid. They downsized and removed many of the items they should have kept on the menu
No stars at all. Food was terrible. Meatloaf tasted like a hungry man tv dinner! And completely burnt on the bottom. Gravy on mash potatoes was pure salt. Fish and chips were equally as bad. French fries were dismal. Will not ever go back!!!
