The lovely lady behind the counter made this subway experience great! She was friendly, and all the food looked picture perfect. All neatly displayed and really clean. Best subway ever! Plus the SMORES cookies are fresh baked and BOMB. I ate it too fast to take a pic. but next time I'll be sure to!!

When we pulled up, the girl working was outside gossiping with her friends. As we went into the store she let us know the store itself was not accepting coupons, which we completely understood, and we’re going to order any way but The way she handled the situation was very unprofessional which caused us to all leave. I love this subway but will not return when she is working until she learns how to properly speak to customers in a tone that is not condescending. Very unpleasant encounter.

This used to be an amazing location... WHAT HAPPENED?nnI walked in to a lady employee who not only admitted she was high (and looked like it too), but she sloppily and lazily put together my sandwich and didn’t toast it all the way through. I didn’t even eat my food that night. Don’t know what happened to the old staff, but the new staff needs to get their act together. I’m officially done with this particular store.

So when a stores open sign is on, doors still unlocked and the hours of operations are posted on the door And I the customer walk in and gets told they are closed. I guess in a time where company’s are closing their doors, my money just didn’t matter. If you are going to close at 8:45pm then don’t post you close at 9pm on your point of entry and turn your dang “open” sign off.

Great food, great staff, and great service! Just moved in this area and this restaurant is walking distance and it was nice to see a very friendly face behind the counter. Geno was fast friendly and had all around great customer service. This man needs a raise! We'll definitely be back!
