I understand the restaurant is Indian owned and it's staffed by Indians, regardless of who works there they need to understand customers do not appreciate to repeat the same order 4-6 times and have to point at the menu for staff to understand. We ordered the Chipotle Southwest Steak Wrap. Staff pulled out Italian bread instead and we had to correct her. We told her it's not made from bread but a wrap, standing there confused she puts meat onto the bread and at that point we reiterated that it's a wrap and not a bread and even used body language to signal NO that's not what we want. At this point she seems agitated and mumbled something in her native tongue to her co-worker, goes to the back of the store and comes back again empty handed. She attempts again and finally understood.nnAnd to the customer that was there last night, mind your business, I don't care who owns the restaurant but the workers should be competent enough to understand what sandwich we're talking about. And not to understand after we pointed to the menu is ridiculous! And you're just as ridiculous as them for standing up to people who can't comprehend what we ordered. We were patient. We were nice. We never treated the workers poorly. I shouldn't have to repeat myself 6 times and point to the menu and have them still not understand. Period.

***NOVEMBER 2020 UPDATE***nnLiterally the worst experience I had since I’ve been there and WILL NOT return back to this exact location. Everything started out fine by asking what I wanted but when it came to asking to split my sandwiches into 2 separate wrappings, literally one of my sandwiches looked as if she squeezed the hell out of the sandwich and wrapped it up. The workers have no enthusiasm to work there or care for their customers and work ethics. Sloppiest sandwich Ive ever got from them. Cookies I got seemed like it was a few days old.nnI’d say get your sandwiches at another Subway location.

Probably the freshest subway in this part of town because they stay very busy. I never had a bad sandwich there.

I wish I got the names of the ladies working tonight! Absolute Sandwich Artist. Walked I with a 5 sandwich order and they nailed it to perfection!!!
