Subway

I found a bug in my drink. Since it’s the closest subway to my house, I just stopped getting drinks from there and only purchased sandwiches. Just my luck I found a piece of glass in my sandwich. Do not recommend but feel free if you prefer to die.

I ordered food from here via Uber Eats. When it arrived, my sandwich had not been sealed. I called the store to find out if the protocol was to ensure that The orders were supposed to be sent out sealed. The person I talked to was nonchalant with zero remorse for what happened and basically ignored the fact I was even concerned. Clearly safety during COVID-19 isn’t top priority there with their Uber Eats orders.

On their website they advertise the 2 for $5 deal besides advertising the sale everywhere!!nThey wouldn’t give me the 2 for $5 deal and I didn’t find out until after they had made all 4 of my sandwiches!!! I feel tricked and angry over the principle of it!!

Covid-19 alert - bad sanitation practices:nI went in last night and got a sandwich - they were out of most things so I got the tuna. The employee scooped the tuna into the roll with her hand and spread the tuna with her gloved hand - she had the plastic glove on, that she had just put on, that had whatever was on her hands when she put them on and grabbed them. I honestly was so shocked that I didn't say anything. Given the crisis that is going on right now, this was horrific. I am now feeling really feeling not great and it's also mentally pressing thinking that I could have potentially gotten covid-19 because the business was careless and reckless.nnI know they have cameras there and likely filmed the incident - hopefully the owner doesn't 'mishandle' that video.nnI am reporting it to king county health and also to state health.

The ladies that work there are very nice the food is always fresh and tasty the guy workers are alright but they take the online order even when you are standing there waiting and when you say parmesan cheese he poured the whole thing onto the sandwich which was not cool asked for sprinkle the parmesan cheese
