Low Cost installed a heat pump for my folks. Nothing but problems with it. So many problems with it that they quit coming to fix it. Repairs alone have costs thousands and years later, it still doesn’t work right. My parents were done wrong by this company. Buyer beware.

We called these folks to install a propane gas line for a new range we purchased. Joe was our technician and he was simply awesome. Friendly and explained what he was going to do and then did it in no time flat. He checked the new range to make sure everything would fit as we weren't ready to install yet (new flooring to go in first). I went to hook up the range and one of the connections didn't fit - we called and was told that he'd call us back. He didn't....he showed up and came in and resolved the issue in without issue - tested all the connections and made sure the range was working as expected. I couldn't be happier! Thanks for providing great service!!! We will be using Low Cost Heating and Cooling for our HVAC and any other gas needs we come up with. These folks are AWESOME!
