Baymont by Wyndham Albany

Nice and quiet in the room. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Slept great!!!

Water pressure wasnt good, heat/AC unit couldn't control temp, bathroom sink faucet kept dripping, bathroom vent rattled!!! Outside advertise for indoor pool but once inside shut down for corona....kinda simple for the price.....

Only stopped to walk while traveling. It looks real nice from the outside. I noticed their rooms were a little pricy for the location.

Our travel plans changed, we tried to cancel the reservation but were told the cancellation obligation was not 24 hours, but 1 calendar day. SO, we elected to stay the night anyway — an hour out of our way but we expected to be able to enjoy the pool and have a free breakfast. The pool was not useable — they cleaned it yesterday and it was still not heated up, like ice. But the icing on the cake was cockroaches in the bathroom. Front desk staff stated they had never seen a roach here — we took the evidence down to them in a tissue. She asked if we’d like our room changed. Well, what good would that do? If they’re in one room, they’re in ALL the damn rooms! I wish we’d have lost the money instead of taking home roaches.
