From consult to final inspection Steve and Keith were absolute professionals. Flexible in giving me options and explaining the work. Courteous on the job site and left the place immaculate. And they were quite particular with the craftsmanship of the install. They did everything I would do if I had that skill set. I expected a great job based on their reviews and they exceeded it. Very impressed!

My husband and I were searching for quotes for gas plumbing to our kitchen and The Plumbing Authority was our second bid. This company stood out to me right away with their excellent customer service and communication. After we met Keith we were sold with who we were going with -even though their bid was slightly higher. Keith's professionalism, punctuality and communication was fantastic! We've had many contractors in our home and this by far was the best experience. I feel some things are worth paying a little extra for and this was absolutely one of them! Highly recommend!

I wondered why these people have so many 5 star ratings - now I know. Steven did a great job replacing the maze of pipes and valves under our kitchen sink. Looked nice and neat too. Easy to talk to and pretty quick. Thanks again.

Excellent service and very professional staff. Rick was courteous professional and on time. Very knowledgeable staff and a well organized business. I would definitely recommend the Plumbing Authority. They let me know when they would be here and who would be here, even providing a picture. Very pleased with the quality of their workmanship.

Chris and the Plumbing Authority came in to fix what a terrible plumber left behind in a service call for my bathroom sink week ago. The difference was night and day. Both Chris and this organization were outstandingly responsive, polite, reasonable, punctual, skilled, affordable and transparent about the process and expectations. I am blown away by the difference between two providers in the same small local market and will do everything I can to bring The Plumbing Authority more business. A thousand thanks!
