Trey was sent out ahead of schedule. Very nice, knowledgeable and got right to work. He inspected then told me what needed to be done. Great service and affordable price. I would use again and recommend.

I called Knoxville Plumbing hoping to get on their schedule to come fix a drainage problem and I was very happy when they were able to come out that day. We talked about the issue and then set a time for the following day to repair the drain. Both Tim and Jordan were friendly and smiling all the time. The seemed to love the company they work for and were proud of their work. They fixed our problem and were very professional about it. I was happy to see they even put down a rug in our kitchen to catch all the shavings from the pipe they were fixing. They cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with their work before leaving. We will use them again in the future and even signed up to be in their VIP Club to get a 10% discount on all of their future work. Thanks again, guys! We appreciate you!

Absolute joke. Paid $69 for them to send someone out to tell me their equipment wasn't sensitive enough to find my leak after I explained the size of the leak on the phone and they said it wouldn't be a problem. These people must make their money off charging for quotes rather than actually doing any work.

Both Robert and Jordan came to my house to initially diagnose and repair a leaking water line in my slab. After looking at what was going and identifying multiple leaks we decided on an whole house re-plumb. Even though this was not what I expected, they both were very professional in answering my questions and walking us through the entire process. They were up front with the costs and never added anything to the initial estimate. Within the whole process they were very respectful of our house and worked at all times to have as small as impact as they could. They had us functional and leak free in just a few short days. I would definitely recommend both Robert and Jordan to anyone as well as Hero Services.

These folks are the best. Wonderful customer service. Great service people. Fix it right the first time. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the price. That excellent care comes at a very high price. Very high. And they are always selling you into a new something or other. But I love them!
