Had to replaced my AC Unit. The unit itself was about 14 years old and everything about the replacement was very easy. From getting the initial quote to financing and also the technicians Dean and Dane were great. I really appreciated them wearing shoe covers when coming inside. It had been raining all day and little things like shoe covers make the overall experience that much better. Dean and Dane were great and they made sure everything was working properly and answered our questions without hesitation. It made the entire experience very stress free. Will recommend.

Eli came out and performed the yearly maintenance on our heating system. He did a very thorough inspection and explained the system checks he made on both systems. He wore a mask during his entire visit. I received a text and phone call prior to his visit from the dispatcher alerting me to his time of arrival. The text included a picture of Eli so that I knew my technician before he arrived. I have been impressed with the professionalism of not only the technicians, but also the office staff and dispatchers from Pipe Wrench! Highly recommend this company! I had an outstanding experience with Pipe Wrench Plumbing! From start to finish, I was treated with professionalism. The level of communication that I was given from the first phone call was excellent. Specifically, I would like to call attention to the Terry Burns who was the technician that diagnosed and ultimately fixed the problem. Terry is not only an master/expert plumber, he has outstanding customer service skills and was more than happy to talk me through and educate me on the issue at hand. I am more than satisfied with the work he completed and will make sure to spread the good name of Terry and Pipe Wrench Plumbing to anyone.nnTerry truly does excellent work and is courteous, professional, trustworthy and honest. We had just finished a big project with Pipe Wrench and there was just one more piece that had to be completed. I first contacted Laura because of former communications and that kind woman hooked us up with Todd, who came over today and was able to schedule this last piece. Todd is very knowledgeable and a true gentleman.nI don't know where Pipe Wrench finds these smart, good guys but they do!nIt's nothing but a pleasure doing business with Pipe Wrench!
