The Melting Pot

Our first time eating a full dinner here, and it was delightful. My husband took us here to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn't have been better. Our server, Eve, was the best. She explained all our options and made recommendations at our request. There were candles and flower petals on the table when we arrived. She brought a candle with our dessert, since no birthday is complete without blowing out candles, and a single rose for me when we left. It was fantastic, and we can't wait to go back!

My fiance and I went to Melting Pot for Valentine's Day, and it was lovely. The menu options were delicious! We especially loved the chocolate. And our waiter, Ryan, was wonderful! He was kind and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed and that we were satisfied. My fiance even lost his phone in the booth, and Ryan helped fish it out. Thank you!

My wife, mother-in-law, and myself went here today for an early Valentines lunch. Having never been, we were unsure of what to expect, but our server Ryan explained everything to us, and made our experience great. Everything from the appetizer to dessert was outstanding. 10/10 would highly recommend both the food and Ryan! Thanks for a great experience.

We went to The Melting Pot on NYE to celebrate my wife's b-day with another couple. The experience is a big part of a meal at The Melting Pot and unfortunately we came away feeling like we had been rushed through our meal to make room for the next reservation. I understand that this is a tough time for restaurants but at the same time we payed good money and don't feel like it was worth it. When we arrived our party of 4 was seated at a small table with one hot top. We had looked at the prix fixe menu in advance and we had not planned on all getting the same fondues. We asked to be seated at a larger table with two burners right behind us and were told that they were expecting a larger party for that table. The first two courses were rushed in front of us before we had our drinks and we had to stop our server from removing our cheese fondue before we had finished it. Then our salad and main entrees arrived so close together that we didn't have room for everything. We at least had plenty of time to enjoy our entrees before the chocolate fondue course. At that point there must have had plenty of time before the next seating at our table because our server disappeared. All this time we were looking at the still empty larger table behind us wishing we had more room. It wasn't a horrible experience, the food was good and it is a fun place to eat. However, we walked away feeling like our server wanted us out of there quickly and any request was an inconvenience. Oh, and adding the tip to the check probably costs the servers money. We normally tip well but it is a bit insulting to have the tip added.

Our server, Caleb, was helpful, amicable, and knowledgeable. We didn't ever want for anything and he had a great humor with us, considering we had never been there and had lots of questions. We were GF, which took a bit of extra knowledge and care, and that was also evident. Highly recommend!
