Greyhound: Bus Station

This is just the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of riding with PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY

I had a very stressful experience before i finally arrived at the greyhound bus station in Knoxville, Tn. The security guard, Steve helped me with all my questions. Helped me find the address to my hotel, very courteous, clean friendly. Helpful. He does a great job balancing out the hospitality aspect as well as a true sense of security keeping the peace with wanderers & ppl that are just lingering or dustrurbing patrons that have been traveling long hours, so there real tired. Thanks again Steve and the other wonderful staff members. Great job!!

Fun meeting different people on the bus. I've traveled a lot with greyhound. I'd rather drive myself but it works with a good attitude.

It was not very handicap friendly. There was very little parking. We parked in the back & I walked all the way around to the front only to find a sign on the door saying I had to walk all around back to go through the loading dock, across from where we parked. Then I had to walk from one side of the building to the other because all the doors were looked but one. The outside was dirty. I'm glad the bus was on time ( Knoxville TN)

This by far the worst operated company in the United States. All the employees was never trained to help anyone. I spent 2 days on the phone with this station and still got no answers at all. I seen on the news that they are moving locations they need to move to another planet.
