1. whole place smells like a ash tray.n2. Roachesn3. Sheetrock looks like it has been done by a 3rd gradern4. Doors need paintingn5. Ceiling in bedroom needs paintn6. Needs another shelf in the top of the closetn9. Pull down emergency cord in bedroom looks to be pulled down alreadyn10. TV cable is run from behind the refrigerator into the living room.n11. Kitchen cabinets are atrocious.n12. molding is terriblenAnd that's just in my apartment alone.

Nice place about a mile from downtown pretty reasonable the people are nice especially the ones in the office the manager the secretary and maintenance and it fixed things when you request I love it comfortable

It's better than living on the streets.

I moved in 3 weeks ago and I'm very happy with everything! So glad I waited on this place! Staff are wonderful!

Management. Is good. Nice little area and pretty affordable
