La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Papermill

We started our stay by being dissed by a different hotel then we booked our stay here. Money was a little high but well worth it. Very clean and cozy. The staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

We spent 2 nights here. I booked the rooms due it was hard to find a pet friendly hotel. We got into our rooms and immediately saw the dirtiness. It was really really dirty. From the bed to a bathroom.. beds looked like they were not changed before.nHowever the front desk person is really friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the ground floor, probably that’s for people with pets.nOther rooms might be better.nUnfortunately we won’t stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. After checking out, we noticed an issue with our vehicle. The manager Sarah checked on us numerous times and offered us with a great deal of helpful information about the location and where we could find assistance for our needs. While we were making phone calls and arrangements, Sarah and Ashley both were so helpful. They offered us drinks, a room to stay warm, and anything else we may have needed. The level of customer service we received was exceptional and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely! Very spacious, clean and well decorated. Nice employees! Only 4 stars because there is no signage to show where breakfast is served.

Clean hotel and room. Comfortable sleep. Rooms need updating. No HDTV? Disappointed in the grab and go breakfast included. Only yogurt, apple or orange and coffee. No muffins, bagels or pastries. Ended up going to McDonald's.
