La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville East

Keep on driving, I’ve never stayed at such a run down LaQuinta before. First room was used as a storage closet, second room didn’t have A/C, third room already had someone in it. This is a corporate reservation I can’t get changed till tomorrow. I will be moved and never stay here again. If I was with my family I would have walked right back out and left before even checking in, making it to the rooms doesn’t disappoint the initial response of gross.

The best space we stayed in, over 10 days of travel. We have 6 in our family, and a dog. We had a 2 room suite, for the price of a double queen elsewhere. 2 bathrooms. The people working the front desk were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Our room was *mostly* clean. It could use a deep clean of carpet, and behind furniture. We would have been happy to stay in a room like this our whole trip!nnMy only complaint was the large number of people without masks. The requirements were posted, but many guests were not adhering to them. That, and people smoking right by the entrance.

The room smelt like a cheep hotel. The shower was great though. Great water pressure and temperature.

It was a good stay all the staffs support team are quite co-operatives. Special thanks to one of the better person whom i feel was very sweet soft spoken and i guess her name is Nicky. hope will get back again soon..thanks again Nicky !!!

Our Stay Was Great!!!. They welcomed our two dogs which stayed for free. This was my first time staying at a La Quinta Inn & Suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be back.
