All the service staff were incredibly helpful. Very nice place to stay! Pillows and bed were very comfy. Starbucks is in the main lobby area. Very convenient to all downtown. Appreciate it! ✨

Ate at Marble Kitchen for $41.05. Someone else ate there for $150 and put our room number down. We paid cash for room so we were waiting for $59 cash back from incidentals. Front desk believed us but people that use credit cards most likely would not notice until much later. That is terrible that people are doing that. Look twice at your bill before checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel. Front desk customer service was amazing. Nice room and comfy bed

Hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, although there was no view from the room we were assigned. There was also no vending/ice machine on our floor. The staff working at the front desk upon check-in were not friendly at all. The server we had at breakfast was just downright rude. In contrast, the staff working at the front desk upon check-out were both cheerful and helpful. There is no in-room dining service available at the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only issue is when I booked I was told breakfast was included, but we found out they gave us a rate that didn't include it knowing that I asked for it. But we were able to check out late around 130 which gave us some extra time to sleep before continuing on our trip.

100% David and Gabrielle are fabulous!! We were sitting on the outdoor patio, and my husband went inside to ask for a blanket because I was cold, and David went out of his way to get us two fluffy warm blankets out of the dryer and brought them out to us on the patio. Customer service at its finest!!! Thank you so much for making our night.
