Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75

We came mostly for the heated pool. My kids are very tolerant to cooler water temps if it means they can swim— they did not stay in more than 5 min. Shivering and miserable.nnThe room appeared clean at first glance, but my kids feet turned black just walking on the carpet. The tub was grayish black and around the edges definitely had not been cleaned. We were only given two towels and rags( despite 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby and requesting additional towels). One rag hanging up as cleaned my husband went to use and there was a stain and pubic hairs on the rag.nnUpon arrival I was told this was the very last room. I attempted to go to the desk- no one there. Upon checking out I brought my concerns and was told I agreed to the condition of the room by signing the paper young check in (NONE of this you could have known without checking in and getting to your room). I wasn’t even given an apology- just told to email management. I have done so— still no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. Just told I should have came down or told them prior to checking out. Which I did. Please do not waste your money !

Was not bad, bed was kinda hard. But I am used to memory foam. Lobby area was cool, they had the doors open. I am sure due to covid. Room itself was nice. Hotel itself was like a maze. Would stay again just for the jetted tub!

Very clean room with all the basic amenities. Relatively quiet heating unit. Walls were thin but neighbors kept their TV volume low. I had a restful night.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurants and dining just 1 exit away. Indoor pool was nice. However, the bed had stains and found the previous renters melted ice cream in the freezer and drink cans on the floor.

Overbooked and was not called or told about it until attempting to check in. Lady at the front desk was not helpful at all, didn't seem to care, and was condescending. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
