Days Inn Knoxville North

Everyone is great at this hotel except for one young man who works the front desk during the evening or refrigerator stopped working when not and asked him to fix it he said he can't do anything about it and he also never reported it to the maintenance guy and it ruined $200 worth of groceries and then me and my roommate were sick all day long miss the towel exchange and I took a dirty towels down there to exchange them around 8:00 at night and he said there's nothing he can do about it or get us any more clean towels so one of the housekeepers who stays here was absolutely amazing went to her own room to get me a towel so I could take a shower after me and my roommate have been sick all day long so the housekeeper Ashley was absolutely amazing but the young man who works the front desk is absolutely rude and doesn't care about the people who stay here but the new owner of this establishment is amazing guy if he would only take care of that one employee

If I could give this place less than one ⭐, I would. The two people with any genuine care or concern for the well being of their patrons, are Shelly and the maintenance man (sorry I didn't get your name.) Everyone else just has an it is what it is attitude that is less than stellar. Present your misgivings, and everyone blows you off. Ask for some sort of compensation for the runaround and you're looked at like the bag guy. Don't stay here unless you want to be overcharged, talked down too, over promised/under delivered. It is not a safe place for solo travellers or families. You will be extremely disappointed in the overall value, which is sub par, at best.

Do not stay in this hotel. My wife and I travel to Tennessee and booked this hotel based on a good rate and the pictures on their website. It is horrible, stain in the bed sheets, tub, sitting chair. Total opposite of the pictures we saw when we booked. The front desk clerk was nice and try her best to accommodate us but we left to another hotel. Total disgusting.

These staff members know God and they are patient and friendly. The room was brightly lit with a beautiful painting that helped me relax. Good and clean too.

The staff was very very rude. There room was fairly clean. Bed moved every time you got up or down. Mattress was nice, pillow top. Best part of the stay. No breakfast was served. I will not go back.
