Dario and Irma did a fantastic job on my house. They were thorough, attentive and efficient! I have tried a few different cleaners with this company and the quality depends on the team, but these two were great!

I had requested a deep clean of a small commercial condo in Seattle. Jose and his team arrived on time and set to work immediately. They had given me an estimate of 2-3 hrs and did the job in 2.5 hours. I am very pleased with their work. All surfaces (including baseboards, window sills), the small appliances and bathroom fixtures were thoroughly cleaned and looked great. The windows were cleaned inside and out. The floor looks great as well and they also vacuumed up a small storage room and cleaned the window in that room as well. I liked their attention to detail. For example, I keep an electric broom in the space for quick clean-ups and even that was emptied out and cleaned. I would definitely hire Sea Clean again for any future cleaning jobs.

We hired Sea-clean to do our move out cleaning. At first, we were impressed by the customer service but that changed. When I reached out the day before to confirm the appt and the time was changed. On the day of, we were given 15 min notice that the team would arrive an 1hr and 15 late. My contact, Jose, said he would provide a $40-$50 discount for the inconvenience but asked me to pay the invoice for 6 hours first. My initial quote was for 4-5 hours. I paid the invoice. When I inquired the following day about the discount refund I received a rude text that say, “Hey, I did”. My discount was for $20 and when I inquired why it was so low I was told my job “wasn’t big enough to get a bigger discount”. The only reason I am even providing 2 stars is because the cleaning was great, but the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Clearly they can not be relied on to keep their word either.

I found Sea Clean via Google search and their reviews were all good. I go by reviews, particularly when using a service for the first time. Jose was very friendly over my call with him. I requested for a fixed amount for the list of services I provided to him. The team arrived on site on time and immediately began work. They were quick, thorough and Jose ensure he directed his 2 team members well around the house. My husband and I went about doing our work as usual. Everyone was wearing masks, including us. The house was spic and span. I really liked the fact that were no strong odour from the cleaning agents, yet the house and its air felt clean and disinfected. The house windows in particular are squeaky clean. Overall, I am impressed with the services, and will be calling Jose and his team monthly to keep our apartment looking like new!
