Great service, great prices, great people. Been my main dry cleaning spot for a couple years.

Dropped off item coat on Wednesday, 12/19.nOwner quoted my item would be ready for pick up Friday, 12/21, 3-4 pm. I get there without my receipt (I’ve picked up items before w/o receipt and just have last name), and I describe my item: puffy Black North Face long ankle length down coat — you would think this would be hard to miss. He claims he couldn’t find it on his rack of items to be picked up.nnI spell my name last name and remind him that it is with an S. I asked maybe he filed the coat under my first name. He quickly walks to the back room to look at all sections that he could’ve possibly file my coat under. Eventually, we go through the whole rack that’s immediate to the front desk.nnFrustrated and in disbelief, I offer that I go look into the other room where I see other racks full of clothes and he can watch me, but he didn’t seem to register. Then, I started to ask if there was a third-party, like a cleaner that comes into the building, because now I was suspecting that it could’ve been stolen or he was trying to keep my coat if I don’t produce a receipt. My second question was do you items leave the building to get cleaned somewhere else, he said no.nnHe then told me to come back tomorrow with the receipt. I asked him how does a receipt help when he can’t find it on the rack, yet didn’t seem to look hard enough at the other racks. As of this receipt had GPS? He didn’t reply with a good answer to explain, but smiled and said to come back with the receipt.nnLivid and trying to contain my cool, I explained that the coat was a gift, worth $500, and need it to go in a trip to cold Midwest.nnGot home, found the receipt, called him with ticket number, and that he marked ‘Rack 12’. He said he’d call me back. He call back in a few minutes, and miraculously found the coat! Picked up coat the next day and he discounted half the charge.nnAfter this hassle, I’m NEVER going back and it’s a shame that I felt they were eye’ing my coat to keep if I didn’t find my receipt. Already warned my friends and family not to go here.

This guy is so rude. He has no customer service skills at all. Please do yourself a favor and go to different dry clean.

I bring all my dress shirts and pants here to be dry cleaned . I work in a restaurant and I usually get sauce and stuff like that all over my clothes and here at Nu-Tone they make my garments look brand new . Convenient parking and drop off zone right out front.
