If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped my wedding dress off on Tuesday. It had a cat pee stain on it. I needed the dress for Saturday. They said 3-5 days no problem. I receive a call on Thursday that they were unable to remove the stain and did I want to pick it up. I picked it up, leaving no time to get another dry cleaner to look at it. As a last ditch effort, I bought stain remover from Safeway and sprayed it and ran it under water and the stain FELL off. I didn’t even have to rub it. The place looks like a dump. Don’t even waste your time.
Very good dry clean with the suit I left. Good price for the place. However I was disappointed with the alteration. I left 2 pairs of pants for alteration to make them smaller and the way they did was folded the pants from the inside of where I want to make alteration but sewed from outside which make the needle and thread very obvious. The tailor also forgot to sew down the hip of the pants which make he pants only small at the waist but not in proportion for good pants. In conclusion, recommend for dry clean but not for complex clothes alteration.
Brought in blue suit pants and a couple wool coats to get dry cleaned. When I first picked up my items, I noticed a stain on the blue pants that was not there before drop off. I also noticed multiple creases on my wool coat. I returned to the shop to have the stain addressed. They were unable to remove the stain at all. In addition to that, there is little to no parking available the 2 times I have visited which is very inconvenient. As far as pricing, I paid $40 for 1x peacoat, 1x top coat, 1x suit pants.nnWith my experience here, I will not be coming back again.
Not worth stopping here. Parkings difficult and there's a language barrier. Nice people though.
The best customer services, staff always attaintive and accountable. Best cleaners in Tukwila. I would recommend for anyone.
