Knox County Emergency Communications

These ppl are a joke the lady that picked up apparently couldn't do her job and neither could her supervisor. Theu didn't give the information to the officers like they said they did. I gave them all the information and yet the officer that called still asked for my name and I gave that to dispatch as well along with the vehicle description that nearly wrecked 3 other vehicles on 40. They need to have there ppl replaced with someone that can actually do the job.nDoesn't help that the cops weren't patrolling their areas like they are supposed to. This is why Knoxville police are a joke and will remain a joke.
