We’ve been taking our items to Strom’s weekly, for the last few years, and have received excellent service, both in terms of the quality of work and the professionalism of the owners. Would absolutely recommend.
I’ve gone to Strom’s for hemming and tapering on multiple reigning champ and all saints pieces. Excellent work and great detail-oriented service. Couldn’t recommend a better local tailor whose prices and services are as spot-on. Going to go back in a couple of days for dry cleaning! I don’t often post reviews, but I thought my experience here warranted some feedback.
I called them to describe what I need done to see if it was something they can do, and the person answering the phone didn't speak English at all. This seems like it's not a very good way to do business to me. The customer-forward people should at least be able to understand the people that come in. :(
The people who run Stroms are always friendly and pleasant! They do great work at a reasonable price!
The owner(or staff, older Asian man) was rude as heck! I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
