Great people, great service, great attention to detail and the family.nLast August, when my mom passed, they guided me from start to finish. They were extremely compassionate with the family’s wishes and needs and just overall, a great job.

I do NOT recommend this funeral home. I would have given it a 1/2 star but it wouldn’t let me. They over charge compared to other in area and when I asked about a difference in the amount they said it was interest ( at 65% ) because o didupay the bill in 30 days. Which they didn’t even until they were about to charge me again. When I asked, the only response I got was “you can read the contract. “ Who in the world reads a contract while grieving? Or while in the middle of signing all this paperwork at the funeral home?? I highly recommend that if you need a funeral home to go to Christian Sells in Rogersville. If you go to Broome, you probably will be as disappointed or upset ud83dude21 as my family and I.
